Currently scaled to 50mm for jumbo dice, but scale down to what ever size you want.
Casino dice are 19mm, and standard gaming dice are 16mm. Mini dice are commonly 12mm.
Print it in your favorite material, and paint the dots.
If you are using a FDM printer, finer detail is probably better. I'd probably do 0.0875mm layer height.
