Dad-Made T-Rex Decor

The Story With my son arriving this September, I decided his nursery needed a unique, personal touch. We chose a dinosaur theme, but instead of buying generic decor, I decided to create something from scratch. This T-Rex is an original model, designed by me to be a centerpiece in his room. There’s nothing like the pride of seeing your own design come off the printer to decorate the space of someone you love most. Print Settings The model has been tested and optimized for a clean, detailed print: Material: I used PETG for this project for its durability, but PLA should work just as well and offer an excellent finish. Supports: I recommend using Tree Supports for the jaw and arms. Walls: Use 3 wall loops to ensure a sturdy piece with a better surface finish. Post-processing: This model was designed with painting in mind! The surfaces are very friendly for sanding and acrylic painting. Personal Note This is a project made with a father’s care. I hope this T-Rex brings as much personality
