This is a model of the bushing for the Daewoo Matiz steering column. The original part, after almost 20 years of service, simply fell apart at my feet one day. You can print the bushing in one piece or cut it into two halves in your slicer (which is what I did). By printing it in two halves, you can install it without disassembling any part of the steering column; just push it into place where the original bushing was lost.
Printing recommendations: * 100% infill. Filament: Elastan D100 (or any hard grade TPU, like TPU 60D). No supports required.
Advice: Use a rubber-friendly grease (silicone-based) to lubricate the internal part of the bushing before installation. Do not use ordinary grease; after a few months, it will degrade the plastic, as petroleum-based grease is harmful to most rubbers.
