Not as accurate as my thomas model but i don't have the time anymore for it

This is still NOT an easy project if you want to make it look perfect, It still requires many hours of filling and sanding before painting if you want a smooth finish without visible seams.

I assembled it by first taping it together and then welding the pieces together from the inside with a soldering iron and i melted some scrap support material with it as extra reinforcement. Don't heat it too much or it will deform.

The visor has a bit of flat spots on both sides that i didn't see on the 3d drawing. You can fill those in with filler if that bothers you.
