daisy award

i just wanted to make a simple ornament style appreciation award for the nurses and technicians to my local hospital.. they are always there for me when i am in the hospital which is unfortunately often.. there is a national daisy award certificate but i wanted to give them something special .. feel free to use or give to those you appreciate in the nursing field
