A Noctua 120mm fan mod.
Inspired by a hydroelectric turbine blade.
The turbine I saw was meant for pumping water uphill potential energy storage and it is reversible to harvest the stored energy.
I am guessing that this fan design would make High Static Pressure. ideal for using on high restriction devices like a radiator or heat sink.
Version 2 has smaller blades than v1.
