Dan Case foot extension

Foot extensions for the stock Dan Case feet. I wanted my 92mm exhaust fan to have a bit more breathing room. The stock foot is around 4.35 mm high, so a 12mm foot extension gives 16.35mm clearance. With 16mm+ clearance people with the 92mm Asetek AIO may be able to setup a push/pull config with a 92x14mm fan mounted externally.


Pictures show the 12mm extension on a Dan A4 v3.

Print 4 of the size you want. You will also need 4 M3 screws for each foot. Screw Length= Extension size + 4mm


8mm extension = M3x12
12mm extension = M3x16
16mm extension = M3x20
21mm extension = M3x25


I was going to try to set this up in customizer, but editing openscad is a bit outside my wheelhouse. I did include the .step file if you want to edit it yourself, pretty simple design.
