DANGER DO NOT OPERATE TAG

Just threw something together from an image of a tag, since I needed some of these in my small engine repair shop. Also, handy for electrical lockouts, automotive and anything that could be a potential hazard or should not be operated. Feel free to remix, add to or modify as needed. Size is 50mm x 76mm x 2mm.
