Shortly after publishing, I had some ideas on how to resolve some design flaws that ended up with me making a v2, which can be found here:

This test strip maker will still work just fine if you want to print it, but the v2 has several advantages:
* No need for screws or complicated assembly
* Keeps your paper in the same focal plane as your final print will be, so you no longer need to re-focus between making test strips and making your print
* Uses magnets to anchor itself securely to any metal easel, reducing the risk of moving it between exposures
* Built-in tolerances, so unless your printer is REALLY off, everything should fit nicely
* Less material cost and shorter print times
