Based on the 90s iteration of "Darkwing Duck," the homage or parody of Batman and characters like the Green Hornet, has been designed to capture the spirit and charm of the style represented in the Disney's 90s kids shows. DW has been modeled in pieces, making it easier to print using a variety of materials and colors. The printed figure stands just over 115mm, with and additional 35mm with the base. The parts include the hat, head, torso with cape, right hand with gas gun, left hand, pelvis, legs, and the base. Darkwing can be glued to the base as desired.All of the printable parts have pegs to assist in part alignment, accept for the base. The model has been test printed in resin, but can also be printed on an FDM printer, with supports for most parts. the feet and base can be printed flat, without supports. The model can be scaled up or down in the slicer, but beware of scaling down too much, as many parts are already rather thin.The gas gun design incorporates general details and dimensions depicted in the series, but addition details and customization have been added to enhance display quality.
