Darth Vader armour (project)

I got the original file from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1646646 but it had surface problems, not manifild areas and the units are wrong and the model is really small. If you scale it, you loose a lot of uality because rounded areas ends up not being really rounded.
I fixed most of errors in the file and the size and it si printable now, but the quality issue needs to be fixed, Im looking for help here.

UPDATE: files are in high resolution now. And all of them are printable (already sliced them, all of them slices perfectly well, and Im printing them now). The chest file, i netfab, reportsan error, but I have not been able to find it..., nevertheless, the file slices well and is printable. If someone finds teh error, please share the info).
