Davros. Love him since the 1970's (Genisis of the Daleks(a classic))
This needs supports to print.

I printed the split version.
2 shells
5% infill
filled in a few holes and cracks with acetone/abs goop.
acetone vapor polished top and bottom before the glue-up.
glued top on with more acetone/abs goop.
spray painted with krylon black plastic paint.
details (silver and fleshtone) acrylic craft paint.
clear coat with krylon glossy clear.
paperclip bent into the head "halo" and glued on to the back.
