This is a box for a cheap DC/DC-converter (https://www.banggood.com/DC-600W-10-60V-to-12-80V-Boost-Converter-Step-Up-Module-Power-Supply-p-1414323.html) which comes assembled but without protective enclosure.
The lower part of this device replaces the spacers between PCB and heat sink and at the same time connects the enclosure to the device mechanically. Mounting the whole system is easy and can be achieved within just a few minutes, however be prepared to temporarily unscrew the switching transistors from the heat sink.
Many more details can be found on my Website: http://www.oe1cgs.at/dcdc-wandler/
(Deutsch)
In addition to the two printed parts you will need four self-tapping screws (3x9 mm) and two strain-reliefs.
Note (08.06.2020): I added an alternative bottom design which allows to feed the wires coming in and going out to be directly centered at the connection blocks and not forming a loop inside the converter box. Link updated.
