DC Power Jack Housing

This is a housing for a DC Power Jack, that can be screwed onto any electronic device that hasn't intergrated a power jack yet.
It can also be incorporated into your design.

I used it as an Add-On for the Fume Extractor, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:17086 by nrp.

You need a DC Power Jack of the type as shown on one of the images.

Please remove the left solder tail from the DC Power jack, it's not needed and there is not enough room in the housing with it. You only need the two bottom tails.

After soldering the wires onto the DC Power Jack Barrel, slide it into the housing and feed the cable through the hole on the side.
