DC to DC Boost Converter Case

DC to DC Converter Case. Just a simple press fit case. Its very specific to the Boost converters I picked up on Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B099DK5R9C

To secure the board to the Top, use a hot iron to melt the excess plastic as shown in the pictures. I only do 2 of them that way if there is some reason to remove it, you can always use the other 2 for the replacement.

I made the case tall so if I wanted to fit an extra large Capacitor on top of the board, I could.

The cover fits really snug, if you line it up well it will snap on and stay on. For permanent installations, I would say use a little hot glue on the seem. This will account for any shrinkage of either part.

I tried to add a bunch of Images that would give good context. I am always wishing there was an image showing some angle that is not there for things that others post.
