DCELL500 Flashlight Wall Mount

A recent power outage motivated me to design this. I bought a few packs of Duracell 500 flashlights from Costco a while back but when the power went out I quickly found that they had wandered off. I wanted a solution to simply mount a small flashlight on the wall in a few rooms and, as always, 3M command strip friendly.
