Dead Blow Mallet

This is a dead blow mallet. Useful for removing stubborn parts, moving stubborn parts and otherwise general percussive maintenance tasks. This is not recommended for use on other humans.

When printing threads ensure chamfors mate properly otherwise you'll twist the heads right off.

I added some glue to my handle at the head connection point to ensure a long term tight fit.

You will need two mallet faces, one for each end.

In order to use this as a dead blow hammer, you will need to fill it approximately 3/4 full of something such as sand, lead, shot, or pain and suffering.
