Debel wire spool fix v2

Replacement part for Debel window blinds

The wire spool assembly was made to week and brok on almost all the blinds in the house. (Debel Touch model)
Debel did replace them when contacted, but as replacing the blind requires cutting the blinds to the correct length. I made a replacement wire spool, as this is a much quicker fix. At least once you have done it a few times.
