I don't have these types of plates in my house but found some dimensional drawings with a google search and used those as a guide. I haven't tried printing these to see how well they fit since I don't have anything to fit them too but they are accurate to the online dimensions so until someone leaves feedback to the contrary I'm pretty sure they're good to go.

I Print ABS face down on a glass bed with a skirt.
Sand with 230 - 600 wet-dry paper for smooth finish.
