A Dell dock vesa mount, designed to sit between the monitor and mounting bracket. Compatible with 75mm and 100mm.
The dock plate rests in the vesa plate making install and changing out cables easier. Using the WD19TBS dock perfectly fine with this set up. Minimal flex when loaded and cabled so I'll call that a win.
Basically, a mish mash of features. Not the prettiest, but it sits behind a screen anyway. Feel free to remix or throw in suggestions.
