I have put v2 parts. They fit better and I upgraded the cooling fan duct. The 50mm screws fit better now on the whole effector.
I saw the effector created by Rautiocination. It is a really good concept design but I found that it was missing too much features. I made myself an effector based on his design.
It is still for an e3dv6 hotend. There is no z probe on my design and it uses 30 mm fan for the hot end (a 40 mm can fit). For a part cooling fan, it uses a 5010 blower fan. Right now, it's made for a volcano nozzle, but I can modify my design for a normal nozzle.
The effector has a 40 mm spacing between the arms.
The hardaware needed is :
- M3 x 25 mm x6 (Arms)
- M3 x 50 mm x3 (Effector)
- M3 x 8 mm x2 (Cooling Fan)
- M3 x 12 mm x4 (Hotend Fan)
- M3 spacers if needed
- M3 lock nuts or nuts x9
