Delta Electrical Cover

Replacement electrical cover for a Delta bench sander. My Delta sander is model number 31-080. I lost my cover so I made this. For the screws I used qty 6 #4 x 1/2" sheet metal screws. I would recommend some shorter screws(1/4"-3/8"), as 1/2" was unnecessarily long. However they didn't go too far, and 1/2" was all I could find in a pack.

This cover is not reversible or symmetrical, so you need to ensure you line up the holes. A possible improvement could be to label the inside and which direction is "UP" but printing text is a mixed bag, and it's not very hard to line things up.

I printed with PETG for durability. I did not design this to be electrically insulating, you need to ensure your wires are properly crimped and insulated. This is merely a dust and abrasion protector.
