Custom delta printer using Openbuilds C beam and laser cut top and bottom parts. Electronics are also mostly self made with friend
Construction is done using 6mm laser cut steel plates for bottom and top (see those dxf files for details), 1m long Openbuilds C beams. All beam holes are threaded with 5mm tap and bolted together with 20mm long bolts.
Enclosure is done using 0.7mm steel sheet in two pieces. Top part is 232x1415mm rolled into cylinder and welded. Another part is 940x1023mm, rolled using 450mm diameter.
Control electronics self made, details here: http://www.oulware.org/. It's ramps like addon board for Arduino Due (32bit) + Rasperry Pi 3. Running custom Klipper firmware. Drivers are TMC2130 in SPI mode, running 36v motor supply voltage. Hotend heater, fans etc are running 12v and bed is heated with AC heater
