The stabilizer is a print in place spring, designed to reduce vibration in the push rods of delta type 3d printers. Delta printers have a unique 3 axis printing style, often able to print faster than most common printer types. In addition to careful slicer calibrations, stabilizers can help to reduce ghosting and other defects related to vibration at higher speeds. While not guaranteed, every little bit can help. Stabilizers have a default span of 43mm, for rods of 6 to 7mm in diameter.
