Very simple and elegant design.
Parts:
5x M4 Bolts and nuts.
7x washer
1x 608 bearing
NOTE: you might need a tiny bit of support (slic3r does a decent job)
Infill: 20%
Pattern: Honeycomb
Supports: yes (default settings)
Brim: yes (5mm)
Raft: 3 layers (default settings)
Layer height: 0.3mm
