Denon Pearl Pro Case: My First Attempt at Something ComplexI used TPU for the case, ensuring there are no overhangs or support structures since they were impossible to remove. To keep the earbuds in place, I used double-sided sticky tape. It's just a craft store type, not industrial, so it's easy to remove.Materials Used:Orange: Overture High-Speed TPU. It works very well and needs to be printed at 240 degrees nozzle temperature.Yellow: Overture TPU. This version is much more pliable than the high-speed one.I've tried to move the seam to the side of the structure to avoid it being in the middle of the large front or back areas. I used a YOOPAI Double Side Textured plate to get the pattern at the topOverture HS TPU - used 240 degree Nozzle TempOverture TPU - used 220 degree Nozzle TempNo Supports
