Dental flosser

My object is to have a toothbrush sized handle with a line of dental floss under tension to get right around all my dental nooks and crannies. The back molars are difficult to get to in my mouth and the dentist was giving me a hard time about not flossing properly.
The first model was made from a dinner fork with the middle prongs removed, the second was made of a similar sized aluminium strap bent into shape. Now I have a 3d printer I thought it would be fun to print one.
The challenge: To make an easily printable flosser, which takes a 5m spool of dental floss direct from its case; can unspool and lock as required; add tension to the other end of the dental floss with some ratchet type arrangement, and bingo - the Uberflossenthing
