My interpretation for Desaud Cruiser.
The Desaud were outlined in the unfilmed script for Babylon 5 movie "The Memory of the Shadows".
The Desaud have been a spacefaring race for at least 400 years. Description of their ships: Sleek, crimson with black piping, elegant. Big enough for a good sized docking bay capable of holding several smaller ships. Two types of ships were outlined: Desaud Starship/Cruiser and Desaud Diplomatic Ship.
According to Lochley, the Desaud have been at war with tree other races in that part of the space for last four hundred years. Initially they all were on the same technological level, so none of them was able to gain a significant tactical advantage. The Desaud were quarantined due to their aggressions (no trade with Earth Alliance or other races, no financial aid). At the time of the script, the Desaud have been winning more than they have been losing and there is pressure from Earth Dome to bring them into the community of worlds.
