Design Spool Holder

## A standing spool holder that looks good *(to me at least ... )*
- The join part is made so that you can clip 2 skate bearing.
- The cylinder part is needed with some spools when the center hole is not a straight cylinder.
- the join holes on the legs have 0.3mm tolerance and with my printer the join part just press fit in. if you need différente tolérances you can tweak the parametric model on OnShape [Here](https://cad.onshape.com/documents/91490f38b744010e2adcf3cd/w/cc3ce0d31089feaed750dc87/e/0a2c28eb757e8c6acd5dd54b)
