Fully Parametric Customizable Cable Clamp This is a fully customizable 3D-printable cable clamp designed in OpenSCAD. Every major clamp dimension and hook is parametric, please refer to the diagram for parameters. Set the hook width to 0 to remove the second lip The model includes a printable threaded screw, matching internal clamp threads, an octagonal handle, tapered jaws, relief geometry for smoother printing, and chamfered body edges. The screw and clamp body are laid out together for convenient printing. This may be one of the first fully parametric customizable clamps available for 3D printing, and it was designed to be practical, printable, and easy to modify. NOTE: The parametric generated version may be flagged by bambu studio as “Error: x non-manifold edges”. You do not need to repair it and it will print just fine.
