Desk cable holder

The initial design done by @Pug81093 was very clever but I had to design from scratch to match with my desktop thickness + I have added some round corners to not hurt the cable.
This remix fits to desktop thickness from 10 to 34 mm.
No needs for screws, tape band etc. The holder is simply blocked between the desk and the wall.
Very easy to print.
