This is a desk/table clock inspired by the ceramic desk clock made by Vitra and originally designed in the 1950s.

First, print the main body - you can smoothen it for a better finish if you want to.
Then, print the dial and the little hour markers (12x). Glue them in the little holes on the dial and put the inner ring on the inner side of the dial for better security. If you want to, you can leave this ring away.
After this step, print the movement holder - be careful, the base is very thin because the stem of the movement would be too short otherwise. I used a cheap quartz movement from the IKEA Tromma clock (it´s just 2,50€ in Austria). After inserting the movement, you can put the hands on (hour hand first). If you want, you can glue the dial inside the body. This isn´t neccessary as the fit is pretty tight.
The rear cover goes in on the back and is a tight fit, too. I designed a little key to open it because a knob would destroy the convex/concave look.
