Well, its not an actual desk lamp (NOW IT IS!!!), you can use it anywhere you have vertical pipe nearby :)
Printing settings are doesn't really matter, except clamp - it should be pretty sturdy so use 4 walls and no less than 25% infill, and the most important - cause it is print-in-place its hinge must be unsupported.
