Four 608 (8 by 22 by 7 mm) bearings are required as well as four m8 bolts and four m8 nuts.
The bearings were a press fit into the bearing covers. Assembly is pretty simple, spacer-bearing-spacer. Do not overtighten the nut.
Additionally there are provisions for small 2.6mm magnets. You can either attach it to a metal desk or put some hot glue on another magnet to keep it from sliding.
