Desk Widget

This is a desk widget with slots for holding various sized notepads, a pencil cup and a business card holder on the end.

I designed this as two pieces because the assembled unit is too big for my printer. I had to print the long piece on a diagonal to get it to fit.

I experimented a bit with the wall thickness. The current version walls are quite thin and flex quite a bit when printed with PLA. It is plenty strong enough if just using to hold some paper and pens. I also tried a version with walls 2mm thick. Much sturdier but used way too much filament.
