Desktop lamp

This is a lamp I had and decided to make a model some years ago. I made it the more detailed possible. The spike, swich and its cable are not that detailed, but that's the less important thing (you can remove it and add yours). I would be very thankfull if you help me designing the spike, cable and switch.
