This 3D model is designed to sit on a desk, typically against a wall or in a corner, but doesn't necessarily have to be up against a wall.
During the recent pandemic, I have often encountered problems with maintaining a clean work environment and, frankly, being bored of the same routine every day. With this desktop organizer, I planned on solving both of these problems. By both organizing my various clutter and changing things up with this design.
I went with an unorganized organizer-type model, it has many compartments, pencil storage, folder holder and even a place for a USB chord to go. While designing this I had trouble with the size, I used Tinkercad and previously thought it has to remain within the borders of the plate, but after experimenting, I found my problem to be of no issue.
If I were to redesign this, I would change how it is designed, modular so it doesn't have to all be printed out for one static design. Being able to do testing would also help strengthen
