cottontail shell from destiny 2, this is a reward for completing the prophecy dungeon solo, but that is hard so now you can make your own.
The inside is hollow so any lights you want to put in should be okay and there is also a design for a lens if you want to use a laser cutter/milling machine for some acrylic.
