Dewalt air compressor replacement ring template

I have a Dewalt 1400 Peak Amp Portable Car Jump Starter with Digital Compressor that the air piston ring failed on. DXAEJ14

I was unable to find a perfect match to replace the ring but found something that had the features I needed but with an additional seal that had to be removed. https://www.mcmaster.com/9691K114/

After printing the two halves I put the seal in the groove and placed it into a bench vice, then using a razor cutter I cut off the inside seal leaving the external.

This should work with many .75" air compressors, the benefit of this seal over a regular o-ring is there is much less resistance for the pump motor.
