Dewalt Drill or Driver Mount

Hey yall...

I made this holder for my dewalt drills and drivers. After seeing what was out there I just wasnt happy. There are some nice ones but not really optimized for 3d printed. One i downloaded and tried to print looked like an april fools joke of extra time consuming twists and turns and no matter what orientation i placed it on the print bed it would have almost certainly become unstuck. I also dont need a place to store my batteries. They are either on the charger or in the drill.
I also kept the mounting "wings" within the radius of the holder so you can line these up without too much wasted space.
I whipped up the quick alternative. I admit- i am no leonardo di vinci jr. I tried to make it as simple as possible, have options for mounting, and not require supports or a brim. I printed mine with the small end on the bed. I let the flat parts just bridge and it was fine but you could add supports if your life depends on it.



I will be mounting this myself to 303
