Dewalt sander vacuum adapter

An adapter to attach a standard vacuum hose to a dewalt sander. The sander port is common across several dewalt sanders. The one shown here is DWE6411.

The design is intended to be printed using a flexible filament like TPU. I think you will struggle to get the ridged design attached if you print it with anything less flexible. I've included a version without the ridge if you want to try PLA, ABS or PET, but I've not tested that one out myself.

Printed in TPU, the adapter is a tight fit and certainly won't fall off. If you have several tools with similar ports, then you may want to print one for each to avoid the need to keep pulling it off and putting it back.
