Dexcom Fixture 2.0

This is the new and updated Version. Main improvements are:
- Up to 40mm wide armband can be used.
- Sensor is pushed down instead of just hold in place, it can no longer fall out if the adhesive fails.
- Part is now point-symmetric. No orientation.

I did print it successfully without support at 0.1mm and 0.2mm layer height.

Not officially testet and usage at own risk. Design by me.
