I made this ring to fit a food dehydrator I bought to dry filament. There are other good files out there but I wanted to make my own, and be sure it fit my model exactly. This is the one I have:

https://www.amazon.com/Westinghouse-Dehydrator-Preservation-Dehydration-WFD101W/dp/B0188X0UT6/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1546735566&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=westinghouse+dehydrator&psc=1

There are several other makes that appear to be identical, I think perhaps including the Fil-a-dry. But I am not sure. The inner lip that sits down in the dehydrator or tray of the dehydrator is 12.28", so if yours is the same, it should fit! The ring is about 3.25" high which is a bit higher than the widest roll of filament I had on hand when i designed it. If you want to dry two at once, just print two rings.

The 90degree slice will fit on a printer with about 290mm of print area. The 45 slice should print on smaller machines. You'll need 4 of the 90s, or 8 of the 45s to make a complete ring.
