DF64 - Dial Pointer V3

I came up with this pointer for the DF64 grinder as I found other solutions tend to loosen and eventually spin with the dial.. The pointer ring clips snugly onto the silver collar on the grinder leaving a small gap so the grinder adjustment can move freely.

This fits my grinder which has had SSP burrs fitted. I measured roughly 32.5mm from the top of the steel collar to the adjustment ring. If you have standard burrs fitted this distance will be different. If you have standard burrs fitted, please email me with the distance from the top of the dial to the top of the metal collar and I will publish a version for standard burrs.

Printing:

I recommend printing this upside down so the ring is on the build plate and adding a support for the pointer. If you have the option set the seam location to the back.
