Do you have issues with your DF64E coffee grinder plugging up? You can try messing around with removing/replacing the de-clumper, but the problem of the chute geometry will remain...
The problem: The original chute narrows as the coffee grounds pass through it - the outlet at the catch cup is smaller than the inlet at the burrs. If coffee starts to stick in the chute, it will pack into the wedge shape of the chute and plug up tight.
The solution: This new design is slightly smaller at the inlet than at the outlet - the geometry is reversed. Coffee can't pack into the chute because as the grounds pass through there is more room to expand. There is still enough room at the inlet for the de-clumper - this is a drop in replacement for the original chute.
This was designed for the DF64E, but may fit other DF64 models(?). I successfully printed this without supports with the flange flat against the print bed. This causes the layer lines to be perpendicular to the flow of coffee grou
