DiA flash light Twist-Lock2 mount open-source

Flash light mount with new [Twist-Lock V2](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3939555) mount. Published Open Source with parametrized plate thickness and lock thickness.

Here is Fusion360 file attached. There you can change parameters and generate mounts with your desired settings.
