An easy-ish to assemble digital connector for a cheap Chinese dial gauge.
I printed in Elegoo Tough and also standard resin.
There are 5 wire-paths for the very closely spaced connector tracks, which I have made realtively easy to thread.
a) Starting at the plain face - other side from the lugs, poke a fine wire through the tiny holes top and bottom
b) The two ends stick out the other side
c) Pull on the top end, leaving a small length to fold over at the bottom
d) The face should look passable now
e) Thread the long end through the guide
f) Pull out past the connector pin
Repeat for each wire, then use a drop of superglue on the bottom, where the short folded ends terminate.
Leave that to dry then you can use pliers to pull the wires taught.
Solder onto the pins, then push it right down into the dial gauge, and if yours is like mine it should connect correctly. Quick confirmation - pins at each end read 1.5V.
Attached is a picture of my gauge.
Looking at this gauge as in the pi
