A case for the Mitutoyo 2064A dial indicator sold by Amazon.
With the addition of a small piece of cardboard in the lid recess, it fits nicely and allows no movement of the indicator in the case. STEP file attached for modifications if you want to adapt for a different model or tighten dimensions. Mitutoyo has all basic dimensions of its tools on their website. I printed in PLA.
The latch was adapted from https://www.printables.com/model/258431-rugged-box-parametric so the same screws can be used although I didn't have any handy and used a couple of nails.
