Dial Indicator For Direct Drive

I have searched for hours for a Dial Indicator mount that would work with a Direct Drive set up. With no luck I decided to make my own.

The set up I'm using it on is a Ender 3 Direct Drive Upgrade Kit – New v1.2 from Fargo 3D Printing:

The Dial Indicator is:

This should work with most Direct Drive kits as long as the stepper is above the heating block.

I did add a dot of Superglue to the center of the mount to make sure my dial stayed in place. You could also scale this down a tiny bit for a more snug fit.
