Dial Indicator for Ender 3v2

I´ve made a dial holder for the Ender 3 v2 based on the awesome Dial-Indicator from Turbo_SunShine. Works exactly as the original holder for Ender 3.

I've added a little space (0.1mm) between the holder and the dial indicator because mine was so tight that it prevented the needle from moving.

Some details about my print (see picture):
* Because I've forgotten to reset my settings before printing, the dial indicator came out without top/bottom layer. But.... actually it works fine :)
* My last version of the holder came loose. It was printed with PETG that doesn't like it and it started to bend directly (warping).
